Overall this cruise was so disappointing that as Elite passengers having travelled over 400 days with Princess we wont be back as this is not even a .2 star experience with all the cut backs of staff and ammenities. We had access to the concierge lounge which was the only redeeming feature of being in a suite as the lounge was a peaceful retreat from the gross overcrowding in all the public areas inside.
